His core area of practice includes Arbitration, Insolvency & Bankruptcy, Direct & Indirect Tax, Intellectual Property, Competition Law and Real Estate.
Prior to starting Imperial Law offices, Amit has worked with AZB & Partners, PDS Legal (now known as ‘Lumiere Law Partners’).

Advised clients on strategizing prospective and ongoing insolvency proceedings, issues related to RERA, Contract act, Intellectual Property, Competition Law and Arbitration.
